Discover the delicious Chocolate Fudge Birthday Cake

A cake is an important part of many celebrations. More than birthdays. A birthday not be complete without the birthday cake. We have traditional sweets such as chocolate and gauze and etc, but how about a fudge cake?

Impossible? Of course not! It could also make a chocolate fudge cake and may even make it as a gift for a friend's birthday or the birthday of a 1 family member. Below is a recipe for a sweet delicious chocolate cake that will surely you and your guests wanting more. Enjoy!

Cake:

1.5 cup sugar

1 1 / 4 cup flour

3 / 4 C unsweetened cocoa powder

2.5 teaspoons baking powder

1.5 teaspoons baking soda

Salt 1 / 8 teaspoon

Butter 1 c

3 large eggs

2.5 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 c hot coffee

Frosting:

1 1 / 4 pounds bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

1 c heavy cream

2 tablespoons corn syrup light

5 tablespoons butter unsalted, softened

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon water

Make the cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. The bottom line three trays 8-inch round cake with rounds of parchment paper. The slabs of irrigation and parchment paper with vegetable oil. In a large bowl, whisk the sugar with the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl beat the butter with the eggs and vanilla. In another small bowl, melt butter in the hot coffee.

Using an electric mixer beat half the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients at low speed. Beat in half the coffee mixture, and then scrape the bowl. Beat in the remaining buttermilk and coffee mixtures.

Pour mixture evenly between the prepared pans and bake them for 25 to 30 minutes, turning half molds baking, cakes to become elastic to the touch. Cool cakes in the kitchen during 10 minutes, then turn out on rack to cool completely. Peel the parchment paper.

MEANWHILE, the filling and frosting: Put the chocolate In a large bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream and corn syrup to boil. Immediately pour over chocolate and let stand in a warm place for 5 minutes.

Whisk the ganache gently until smooth. Cream the butter until incorporated. Refrigerate, stirring frequently, until the ganache is enough thick to spread, about 30 minutes. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar and water heated for 30 seconds. Stir to dissolve sugar. Set a layer of cake on a cake plate or cake board and brush lightly with sugar syrup.

Spread about 3 / 4 cup of icing on her cake in a uniform layer of 1/4-inch. Repeat with remaining cake layer, syrup of sugar and frosting. (I skipped this step entirely. I wanted to spread sugar water pieces of pie, I just do not see the point.)

Spread the remaining frosting around the sides of your cake. Let cake stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before cutting. And then, because I'm a genius, I decided to cover the top of my cake using fresh raspberries. Obviously, it would wash in cold water, dry, and put the open end down in the frost.

Since you are working with ganache, you have to be quick, because it calls into warm chocolate very fast
