Strengthen the immune system

The strengthening of our defenses against invading harmful organisms is possible.
No need to feel helpless before the onslaught of these invaders to our health and wellbeing. There are many healthy approaches for strengthening our defenses.

Most defense diseases have a strong immune system. The immune system is more than one body system, but practically the entire body. Aspects that are through our whole bodies of the tonsils, our skin, our intestines to the antibodies and white blood cells. When our bodies are working seamlessly with all parties in equilibrium with the homeostasis of others that they have achieved. Allows the homeostasis of the body to defend, restore and heal the invasions and damage and damages.

The key players in our defenses are the lymph nodes, thymus and spleen. All these bodies produce lymphocytes and macrophages, which are of the consumption of white blood cells and immobilize foreign invaders. White blood cells play an important role in our defense system and their numbers must be high in order to do their job effectively.

It is when the supply of important immune cells are low or when the immune system is so overloaded to deal with toxins, allergies and hormonal imbalances that we found a decrease in immune function. Many factors come into play to create a weakened or compromised immune function.

Some things we can do to prevent this is to avoid sugar, excessive alcohol consumption, snuff, drugs, stimulants, stress, toxins, and excessive antibiotics. Allergies can weaken the immune response and Candida infections and certain medical drugs such as steroids. Moreover, hormonal imbalances, insufficient sleep, poor diet and wreck havoc on our defenses.

Ways we can say that weakens our immune system is a general feeling of fatigue and recurring illnesses such as colds, sore throats and allergies. Another indication is cuts or wounds that heal slowly. These symptoms are our alarm bell that our immune system needs a little help.

It is in this state of weakness invading organisms that take advantage of low defenses and set up house. We call this "opportunistic infections". The best course of action now is double. Help support the immune system, bringing back to normal operation, and provide other ways to kill pathogens, which essentially is doing what immune response that would not normally do.

How can we support our immune system to function normally again?

Lifestyle changes - stress has been shown to be the precursor of many diseases. Reducing stress in our life will help with our immunity. The exercise, stop smoking, getting enough rest! Develop a life of prayer and gratitude. All these strengthen our defenses. Avoid any of the above factors known that reduce immune function. Vive internally and externally as green as possible!

Dietary changes - particularly food consumption, avoid sugar, and the replacement nutrient deficiencies are also in order. The main nutrients that appear to be deficient in a depressed immune system are vitamins A, B complex, C and E and the mineral selenium and zinc. Find a good multivitamin with these nutrients in it. We need these nutrients to feed the cells of major combat.

Herbs for the immune system - herbs that act on the immune system into balance. Good for children are the root extracts of elderberry and talus. Adults can benefit from echinacea, garlic, or cat's claw extracts.

What things can we do to kill invading pathogens?

Do not buy the common antibacterial and perpetuates frequent overuse of antibiotics. The types of insects cause to mutate antibacterial increasingly strong and growing resistance to antibiotics.
Use these natural methods for:

Essential Oils - eucalyptus oil oregano oil, tea tree oil and lavender oil are all great for disinfection. Use them in your cleaning products, soaps, room sprays and sanitizers. Use a few drops in a room diffuser or in a pot of boiling water to kill pathogens in the air.

Disinfection Spray - Make a spray of 2 oz of purified water, 10 drops of essential oil of tea tree, 10 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 teaspoon of witch hazel. Spray surfaces such as doorknobs, faucet knobs, and in the air.

Antibacterial Soap - Make your own soap with natural ingredients. Use 1 cup of castile soap and 25 drops of essential oils in a pump bottle. Use this soap for hands, dishes or shower gel.

Hand Disinfectant - Keep a bottle of it in your purse or backpack for children. Mix 1 cup of aloe vera gel and 25 drops of essential oils. Shake well.

The use of these natural methods to support the immune system to strengthen our defenses against disease.
